Can artificial intelligence (AI) help determine whether patients with uterine cancer need additional DNA testing? Researchers at LUMC are testing whether an AI model they developed (POLARIX) is safe and reliable enough to be used for preliminary screening in everyday clinical practice. The team is receiving a grant of over €1 million from the KWF Dutch Cancer Society for this research.
